Staff visits Lambs End Farm

The quarterly staff meeting was held offsite at Lambs End Farm which is owned and operated by Patsy and Jim Sirman.  Patsy and her dog Brook are active members of the agency’s Animal Assisted Therapy program.  Quarterly staff meetings include “Self Care” activities as a way for employees  to decrease stress, increase relaxation and deal with challenging emotional situations that they face in the work environment.  The meetings also include team building exercises.   A big THANK YOU to Patsy and Jim for hosting us.
